High Roller Casinos Compare limits

About High Roller Casinos

High Roller Casinos is an independent comparison built for one audience: players who bet big. We rank the highest-limit, real-money online casinos licensed in the United States — and only those. We are not a casino and do not take wagers.

What we do

One job, done seriously

Most casino-comparison sites are built for casual players and rank by the size of the welcome bonus. We do the opposite. Every regulated US online casino is measured on what a high roller actually feels at the stakes they play: the maximum bet at the tables and on slots, how large a balance you can fund, how fast big withdrawals clear, and how deep the VIP host program runs. That research becomes the High-Limit Index — a single ranking, plus a full review of each operator and a breakdown by state and by category.

We cover the seven states where real-money online casino play is legal — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Delaware — and only operators licensed in them. Nothing here is aimed at offshore or unlicensed sites, because a frozen balance at one of those is the single risk not worth taking when the numbers are large.

How we rank

Ceiling first, bonus last

The ranking weights the things that govern a high-stakes session, in roughly this order:

  • Ceiling. The maximum bet available on slots and on live-dealer tables — the number most likely to cap you out.
  • Deposit headroom. How large a balance you can fund, and through which methods.
  • Payout handling. How quickly and cleanly five- and six-figure withdrawals clear.
  • VIP depth. Whether real play reaches a host, comps and land-based perks rather than a token points multiplier.
  • Trust. Licensing, regulatory standing and track record.

A large welcome bonus with high-limit-unfriendly terms is worth less to a serious player than a table that takes a five-figure bet, so the bonus sits last, not first.

How we test

Where the figures come from

We assess operators through the high-roller lens specifically: the limits inside the dedicated high-limit lobby and the live-dealer salon rooms, the deposit and withdrawal methods built for large balances, the verification and source-of-funds process that governs big cashouts, and the structure of each loyalty program. Limits, offers and available methods change frequently and vary by state, so rather than print numbers that go stale we record the figures we have confirmed on each operator's own pages and date them. When something can't be verified, we say so instead of guessing — and we revise as licensing and operator terms change.

Independence & sourcing

How this is funded

Some outbound links to operators are affiliate links: if you sign up through them we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. This never affects our rankings or what we write — the order is set by the criteria above, not by commercial terms, and a higher commission never buys a higher placement. We only list operators licensed by a US state regulator and we do not promote offshore or unlicensed sites. Figures are dated and reviewed regularly, and corrections are welcome.

Responsible gambling

21+ only

We cover real-money gambling, which carries real risk, and we publish for adults of legal age (21+) in states where online casino play is regulated. High stakes mean larger swings, so the responsible-play tools matter more here, not less. If play stops being fun, see our responsible gambling resources and our guide to responsible play at high stakes, or call 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential help any time.

Corrections & contact

Accuracy at high stakes matters more than anywhere else, so we treat corrections seriously: if a limit, offer or licensing detail is out of date or wrong, we want to know and we will fix it. For corrections, partnership or editorial enquiries, reach the editorial team and we'll respond. We don't take wagers, hold player funds or operate any casino — this is a comparison and information site for high-stakes players, nothing more.
